Chief Engineer DP – Offshore Azerbaijan


Drilling / Pipelay & Construction Vessels


Location: Offshore Baku


Start: ASAP


Duration: 6 months (renewable on agreement)


Rotation: 8 weeks on / 8 weeks off


Working Week: 7 days p/week – 12 hrs p/day


Rate: Negotiable


Accommodation / Food / Insurances / Economy Flights provided by Client


Minimum Requirements;

6+ years‘ Experience as Chief Engineer DP on board SCV DSV (Dive Saturation) vessels and holding the required COC III2



  Hold complete responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of the engine room, any maintenance of machinery and,

according with Company Procedures, for the operation of any DP control power generation on ship powered by main

propulsion machinery of 3.000 kW propulsion power or more

  As key member of the onboard crew, ensure the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of vessel equipment and

machinery according to International conventions and regulations, Flag state requirements, Class requirements, local

requirements and regulations and Company policy

  Whenever required, act as MS (Maintenance Supervisor) as defined in IMO resolution A. 1079 (28)

  As part of the VMT of the vessel, shall ensure the best performance of the vessel and its crew to achieve the projects
