Process Engineer – Nigeria

 

Project: Fertilizer Plant

 

Location: Near Lagos, Nigeria

 

Start: Early July 2020

 

Duration: 12 months renewable

 

Rotation: 75 / 21 or 90 / 21

 

Working Week: 6 days p/week – 10 hours p/day

 

Salary: Negotiable

 

Accommodation / Food / Transport / Flights (economy) / Insurances provided by Client

 

Process Engineer for commissioning and startup activities, Urea – Ammonia and Granulation

 

Minimum 5 years of experience in fertilizer business.

 

In particular, the candidate shall be able to perform the following tasks:

 

  Reviews the project technical documentation and contractual requirements   Takes part in project planning & scheduling   Prepares and keeps updated the commissioning , start up and test run execution plan with the assistance of the Commissioning engineer:   Prepares the test run (performance test) procedures and the operating manuals   Maintain and record all the process data during performance test activities   Perform checks of equipment, piping system against licensor drawing and specification;   Maintain an updated copy of red marked P&ID;   Perform Functional check of Process control system;   Supports Commissioning Manager in organizing the licensor activities at site;
