Lead C&I / Automation Engineer
Iron Ore Mining Project
Location: Guinea, West Africa
Start: ASAP
Duration: 12 month renewable contract (approx 5 year project duration)
Salary: Negotiable
Rotation: 12 weeks / 16 days
Working Week: 60 hrs p/week

Fluent Mandarin / English language skills required
Job Responsibilities
Focus and deliver engineering work related to process automation related to mining projects.
Responsible for Process Automation, CCTV, Door Access Control systems , Telecom & Network , Fire Alarm systems ,BMS/EMS systems and so on
Develop engineering deliverables in Concept Design and Basic Designed BD phase including but not limited to the following:
User Requirement Specification
Instrument List
I/O list
Duct layout
System diagram
Architecture diagram
Design description
Control Narratives or Function specifications
Data sheet / specification
BOQ
3D modelling
Detail drawing to develop or review.
Coordination and/or Management of LDI for execution of Detailed Design
Procurement support
Develop the scope of work.
Technical Bid Evaluation and report
Review the deliverables submitted by LDI and check the GB code and URS compliance.
At least 15 years‘ experience in Process Automation Engineering Design.
Familiar with not only Chinese regulation/GB code , but also international regulation.
Good construction drawing review and document reading, comprehension and writing skills.
At least 15 years or above solid professional background in on-site Engineering, Construction management.
Familiar with the construction management process and the major sticking points and key points of cooperation with other professions.
Familiar with the coordination of construction progress and on-site cross construction.
Good daily work habits of planning, reviewing plans, and controlling implementation.
Good skill on using Autocad, MS office365, MS project.
Good spoken English for job communication and technical interviews.
Can work independently as required and should have “The Team” work spirit
Candidates with Professional certification and international project experience are preferred.
